Claims (1)
- 空圧シリンダの排気口を設けた穴部にピストン
の突出ボスを気密嵌合し得るようにし、空圧シリ
ンダ軸方向に空圧シリンダ内部と空圧シリンダ外
部とを貫通する貫通穴を設け、前記空圧シリンダ
の穴部と前記貫通穴との間に複数箇の小径孔を穿
け、前記貫通穴に調整可能な弁棒を取り付けたこ
とを特徴とする空圧シリンダのクツシヨン機構。
