Claims (1)
- ピストンロツドが突出する側のボデイ端に設け
られ、ピストンロツドよりわずかに大きな内径を
有したリング状の磁性流体シールと、該磁性流体
シールに近接してピストン側に位置しピストンロ
ツドにより貫ぬかれる穴と連絡する集塵口とを含
むことを特徴とするエアーシリンダ。
