- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外側シリンダチユーブと、該外側シリンダ
チユーブ内に位置される内側シリンダチユーブと
、この内側シリンダチユーブ内に軸方向に滑動自
在に位置されるピストンと、該ピストンとともに
移動されるピストンロツドと、該ピストンロツド
に貫通され、前記外側シリンダチユーブおよび内
側シリンダチユーブの一端を閉止するロツドカバ
ーと、前記外側シリンダチユーブおよび内側シリ
ンダチユーブの他端を閉止するヘツドカバーとか
ら成る単動形シリンダ装置であつて、前記内側シ
リンダチユーブの内部において前記ピストンと前
記ヘツドカバーとで構成される空間に連通される
圧力ポート、および前記内側シリンダチユーブの
内部において前記ピストンと前記ロツドカバーと
で構成される空間に、前記外側シリンダチユーブ
と前記内側シリンダチユーブとの間に形成される
空間を介して連通される集塵ポートが、前記ヘツ
ドカバーに設けられてなることを特徴とする単動
形シリンダ装置。 (2) 前記圧力ポートおよび前記集塵ポートが、
