Claims (1)
- 一端が閉鎖し、他端が開口する筒形ボデイの内
部に、プランジヤと、このプランジヤを外方向に
押し出す調圧スプリングとを組込み、上記プラン
ジヤとボデイの閉塞端間にプランジヤの後退動に
よつて圧縮されるプレツシヤチヤンバを設け、こ
のプレツシヤチヤンバにダンパを介して隣接し、
ダンパのまわりに形成された間隙を介して上記プ
レツシヤチヤンバに連通するサプライチヤンバを
設け、そのサプライチヤンバに端部を位置させた
ロツドの外側にシール部材をスライド可能に嵌合
してサプライチヤンバを密閉し、このサプライチ
ヤンバとプレツシヤチヤンバに流体を封入し、上
記シール部材をサプライチヤンバに向けて押圧す
るスプリングを設けた密封式オートテンシヨナ。
