Claims (1)
- 両端がカバーにより閉じられたシリンダチユー
ブと、該シリンダチユーブ内に移動可能に設けら
れたピストンと、該ピストンに取り付けられてい
て該カバーを貫通して該シリンダチユーブの外側
に突出するピストンロツドとを備え、該ピストン
に気体圧力を作用させて動作させるエアシリンダ
において、該ピストンロツドには該ピストンロツ
ドを取り囲みかつ伸縮自在なブーツの一端を気密
を持たせて固定し、該ピストンロツドが貫通して
いるカバーには該ブーツの他端を固定し、該ピス
トンロツドが貫通しているカバーには該シール部
材の内側の空間に通ずる排気ポートを形成したこ
とを特徴とするエアシリンダ。
