    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 連通孔を形成したケースの端壁の内側にパイプ
    状のストツパを形成し、該ストツパの外周に一端
    を前記端壁に固着するとともに他端を移動プレー
    トに固着したベローズを配してなるベローズアキ
    ユムレータにおいて、移動プレートに、一端がス
    トツパの内周側空間へ臨んで開口し他端がベロー
    ズ内周におけるストツパの外周側空間へ臨んで開
    口する流通路を設け、該流通路内に、前記外周側
    空間より内周側空間が高圧となつたときに開弁す
    るチエツク弁を設けたことを特徴とするベローズ
    アキユムレータ。
