Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、例えば炭酸ガス含有飲料水、或いは
炭酸ガスを含有しなくても微少内圧を受けるよう
な充填を行う清涼飲料水などを充填するに適する
二軸延伸させた合成樹脂製壜に関する。
この種の飲料水等は、本来その対価における容
器代、或いは輸送コストが占める割合が大であ
り、従つてそのコストの低減はその全体対価に及
ぼす影響が大である。従来この種の容器としてガ
ラス壜が使用されて来たが、ガラス壜は重量が大
であるために輸送コストがかさむこととなり、又
取扱いも不便であつた。
上記欠点を除去するために、二軸延伸してその
強度を高めると共に軽量化させた合成樹脂製壜を
容器として使用することが行われているが、壜底
壁の二軸延伸は一般に不充分であるために、特に
高内圧で液体充填された壜の場合はその底壁が変
形し易い欠点があつた。
本発明は、このような欠点を除去したものであ
り、以下図面について説明する。
１は本発明に係る二軸延伸させた合成樹脂製壜
である。合成樹脂材としては飽和ポリエステル樹
脂がよいが、ポリプロピレン、塩ビ等二軸延伸に
より壜の機械的強度が高められる合成樹脂であれ
ばよい。その胴部２は円筒状とする。胴部上端か
らは肩部３を介してキヤツプ螺合用のネジ部４を
外面に有する口頚部５が上方へ突出させてある。
底壁６は、壜内方へ帽状部７として突出させ
て、かつその周壁７ａをテーパ状として形成させ
る。又その周壁途中には段状部７ｂを付設させて
おく。更に底壁６の外周縁部を中間部として、帽
状部周壁から胴部２の下部にかけての壜内壁面に
は、放射状に、複数の中実突条リブ８……をほぼ
等間隔に付設させる。
尚この中実突条リブ８……の形成のためには、
第３図のように、下部内面に突条リブ１１……を
有する二軸延伸するための中間素材１０を設けて
おき、これを適宜温度に加熱させた後吹込み成形
用金型内にセツトさせて二軸延伸すればよい。壜
底壁の帽状部、および段状部は金型のキヤビテイ
内壁に設けられた凸部および段状部への中間素材
壜壁形成部分の圧接によつて形成される。
本発明は上記構成とするものであり、二軸延伸
により肉薄に形成させた横断面円形の胴部を有す
る合成樹脂製壜において、その底壁を周壁がテー
パ状となるよう帽状に壜内方へ突出させ、かつそ
の周壁の途中には段状部７ｂを周設させたから、
単に帽状に突出させた場合に比べて帽状部周壁の
表面積が拡大されることとなつて、底壁の延伸倍
率を大とすることが出来、又その段状部は壜底部
内壁面に設けた複数の中実突条リブ８と共に補強
機能を有することとなり、よつて底壁の強度を高
めることが出来る。更に、延伸倍率を高めた二軸
延伸壜は縦軸方向へも大きく延伸するため、上記
のように、壜底壁に、壜内方へ突出する帽状部を
形成させると、壜正立時に接地する帽状部下端と
胴部下端との間の接地壁部９部分が最も大きく延
伸されることとなつて該壁部の肉厚が肉薄となり
過ぎて壜内圧および外圧に対する強度が弱まる筈
であるが、本発明では底壁外周縁部を中間部とし
て、帽状部周壁から胴部の下部にかけての壜内壁
面に、放射状にかつほぼ等間隔に複数の中実突条
リブ８……を付設したから、これ等中実突条リブ
が上記接地壁部９を強化することとなり、よつて
従来に比して延伸倍率の高い二軸延伸壜を得るこ
とが出来る。

その横断面図、第３図はその壜を成形するための
中間素材の縦断面図である。 １……二軸延伸壜、６……底壁、７……帽状
部、７ｂ……段状部、８……中実突条リブ。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 二軸延伸により肉薄に形成させた横断面円形
    の胴部２を有する合成樹脂製壜において、該壜底
    壁６を、テーパ状に壜内方へ突出する帽状部７に
    形成させて該帽状部の周壁７ａ途中に段状部７ｂ
    を周設させると共に、底壁６外周縁部を中間部と
    して、上記帽状部周壁から胴部２の下部にかけて
    の壜内壁面に、放射状に、複数の中実突条リブ８
    ……を、ほぼ等間隔に付設させたことを特徴とす
    る二軸延伸させた合成樹脂製壜。
