う拡大断面図、第３図は要部の斜視図、第４図は
要部の分解斜視図、第５図は永久磁石とヨークの
取着手順を示す断面図、第６図は従来の磁気吸着
機構の一例を示す断面図である。 符号の説明、２…他方の材料、３…一方の部材
、７…被吸着体、８…合成樹脂部分、１３…支持
壁、１４…係合部、１６…挿通孔、１８…ヨーク
、２１…突部、２２…永久磁石。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一時的に結着される２つの部材の一方に磁性体
から成る被吸着体を設け、他方に永久磁石とヨー
クとを設けて永久磁石、ヨーク、被吸着体を通る
閉磁路を形成して上記２つの部材を一時的に結着
する磁気吸着機構において、 永久磁石とヨークが設けられる部材に合成樹脂
から成る部分を設け、 該合成樹脂部分に間隔を置いて平行に対向する
支持壁を後方に向つて立設して、該支持壁の互い
に対向する面の後端寄りの部分に係合部を突出形
成し、 ２枚のヨークの後端を前記支持壁の係合部に係
合すると共にそれらの先端を前記合成樹脂部分の
２つの支持壁の間に形成された挿通孔に挿通して
合成樹脂部分の前面側に露出させ、 ２枚のヨークの互いに対向する側面の後端面に
突部を設け、 ２枚のヨークの間に配置した永久磁石の後端を
ヨークに設けた突部によつて押さえて、 ２枚のヨークと永久磁石を当該部材に支持する
ようにした ことを特徴とする磁気吸着機構。
