Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はゴルフ靴に関するものであつて実開昭
57−182302号の考案に比して一層軽量で履心地の
よいゴルフ靴を提供せんと企図せるものである。

靴底内に広い断熱性気室を形成することによつ
て軽量で履心地のよいゴルフ靴を形成することは
上記先願考案により公知であるが、先願考案にお
いては凹陥室に柱状の小突起を多数設けているた
め小突起を太く形成すると接地面からの突き上げ
に対する支持力は増大するが気室の空気の保有量
は減少し底自体の重量も大となり弾性力も低下す
る欠点が生じ逆に小突起を細くすると支持力が低
下するので気室を正確に保持することが困難で耐
久性が低下するという欠点が生じるのである。
て軽量で履心地のよいゴルフ靴を形成することは
上記先願考案により公知であるが、先願考案にお
いては凹陥室に柱状の小突起を多数設けているた
め小突起を太く形成すると接地面からの突き上げ
に対する支持力は増大するが気室の空気の保有量
は減少し底自体の重量も大となり弾性力も低下す
る欠点が生じ逆に小突起を細くすると支持力が低
下するので気室を正確に保持することが困難で耐
久性が低下するという欠点が生じるのである。
本考案は斯る欠点を是正せしめたるものであつ
て、図面に示す実施例について説明するとナイロ
ン、ウレタン等硬質合成樹脂で底体ａを製し底体
ａの周縁吊込接着部１の内側において不踏部より
爪先部の間に広い凹陥室２を設け、凹陥室２に中
央に中空部４を有する筒状の小突起３を多数底体
ａと一体に塑形し、底体ａに甲皮１４の吊込部１
７中底１５等の甲部ｂを取着して断熱性気室Ａを
設けていることを要旨とするゴルフ靴にかかる。
図中７は不踏部に設けている凹陥室、８は柱状の
小突起、９は支骨、１１は踵部に設けた凹陥室、
１２は柱状の突起、１３は支骨を示す。
て、図面に示す実施例について説明するとナイロ
ン、ウレタン等硬質合成樹脂で底体ａを製し底体
ａの周縁吊込接着部１の内側において不踏部より
爪先部の間に広い凹陥室２を設け、凹陥室２に中
央に中空部４を有する筒状の小突起３を多数底体
ａと一体に塑形し、底体ａに甲皮１４の吊込部１
７中底１５等の甲部ｂを取着して断熱性気室Ａを
設けていることを要旨とするゴルフ靴にかかる。
図中７は不踏部に設けている凹陥室、８は柱状の
小突起、９は支骨、１１は踵部に設けた凹陥室、
１２は柱状の突起、１３は支骨を示す。
本考案は上述する如く中央に中空部４を有する
筒状体によつて小突起３を形成せしめたるをもつ
て接地面からの衝きあげを小突起３の環状端面５
によつて分散支持するので衝撃が緩和されクツシ
ヨン性が良くなり、中空部４を有する筒状の小突
起３であるため空間部が広くなりそれだけ靴内の
空気の保有量も多く断熱効果が大きくなる。更に
中空部４により一層軽量となり屈曲性もよくクツ
シヨン性も増大されるので履心地もよく高価な材
料も節約出来るので経済的である等種々実用的効
果のある考案である。
筒状体によつて小突起３を形成せしめたるをもつ
て接地面からの衝きあげを小突起３の環状端面５
によつて分散支持するので衝撃が緩和されクツシ
ヨン性が良くなり、中空部４を有する筒状の小突
起３であるため空間部が広くなりそれだけ靴内の
空気の保有量も多く断熱効果が大きくなる。更に
中空部４により一層軽量となり屈曲性もよくクツ
シヨン性も増大されるので履心地もよく高価な材
料も節約出来るので経済的である等種々実用的効
果のある考案である。

- ナイロン、ウレタン等硬質合成樹脂製底体ａの
周縁吊込接着部１の内側において不踏部より爪先
部の間に広い凹陥室２を設け凹陥室２に中央に中
空部４を有する筒状の小突起３を多数底体と一体
に設け、甲部ｂに取着けて断熱性気室Ａを設けて
なるゴルフ靴。
