Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 枚葉式ウエハー用真空装置において、真空隔
壁に設けられた通孔の真空室側の開口を、上向き
に傾斜して設け、該開口を開閉する弁板を、真空
隔壁を貫通して大気側に斜めに引き出されたロツ
ドを介して、大気側に設置された駆動源によつて
昇降させるように構成したことを特徴とするウエ
ハー導入用仕切りバルブ。 ２ 前記弁板は、ウエハー直径より大きく形成さ
れ、その両側部に取付けられ大気側に引き出され
た２本のロツドを介して、大気側に設置されたシ
リンダに連結されている実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載のウエハー導入用仕切りバルブ。
