Claims (1)
- 弁室を介して互いに接続されかつ該弁室側の開
口端が互いに向い合わせて配置された管球の排気
管に通じる排気通路および真空源に通じる吸気通
路と、該吸気通路の弁室側開口端に形成された弁
座と、該弁室内に該弁座と係合可能に配設されか
つ該弁座から離れる方向にばねにより弾圧された
弁体と、該弁体の移動方向とほぼ同じ方向に該弁
体に関して相対的に移動可能に配設されかつ磁力
の作用により該弁体を該弁座と係合する状態に移
動できる可動鉄心と、該弁体が該弁座と係合する
状態に該可動鉄心を吸引保持できる磁石と、該可
動鉄心に磁力を作用させて該可動鉄心を動かす電
磁石と、を備え、該排気通路内の圧力が増大した
ときに該弁体が該弁座と係合して該排気通路と該
吸気通路との連通を断つように構成したことを特
徴とする管球排気装置。
