Description
第1図は、金属鋳造装置の略図であつて、鋳造
容器のための摺動蓋が、電気的に制御され、位置
測定装置を有している油圧ピストン―シリンダ装
置によつて駆動されるようになつている。第2図
は、位置測定装置が設けられた油圧ピストン―シ
リンダ装置の拡大断面図。第3図は、位置測定装
置の拡大部分図。第4図は、位置測定装置の案内
部の拡大断面図。第5図は、位置測定装置の校正
を示す第3図と同様の図。 1…摺動蓋、5…摺動部、6…ピストンロツド

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 液圧ピストン―シリンダ装置の固定シリンダ
に移動不能に接続された誘導コイル要素を有する
位置測定装置を具備し、該誘導コイル要素は中空
ピストンロツドの内部に伸び且つ電気的制御に接
続されており、該位置測定装置は更に該誘導コイ
ル要素内に配置されたコアを有し、該コアは該ピ
ストンロツドに移動不能に接続されている液圧ピ
ストン―シリンダ装置、特に液体金属のための容
器の底摺動蓋を操作するための液圧ピストン―シ
リンダ装置において、該誘導コイル要素は、一端
に該シリンダにねじで取り付けるためのねじ部を
備えており、該誘導コイル要素は、更に当接面を
具備しており、スペーサ円板は該誘導コイル要素
が該シリンダにねじで取り付けられる場合に該当
接面から最も離れているスペーサ円板がシリンダ
蓋の前面に係合するように該当接面の前にゆるく
配置され得ることを特徴とする液圧ピストン―シ
リンダ装置。 2 該コイルコアはロツドの自由端に配置され、
むしろ該ロツドにねじ込まれてそこに固定され、
そして該ロツドは該中空ピストンロツド内に形成
された肩に当たるように該中空ピストンロツド内
のねじ用にねじ込まれる栓の一端で固定されてい
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 3 該コイルコアは、例えばポリテトラルフオロ
エチレンで作られ該ハウジングの壁に摺動接触す
る案内部によつて、該誘導コイル要素の該ハウジ
ングの中央開口に案内される実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項又は第2項記載の装置。 4 該案内部は複数の翼を有しており、該翼の間
に通路が形成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲
第3項記載の装置。 5 該案内部は組立てられた状態で該コイルコア
を搬送するロツド上に形成された肩と該コイルコ
アの対向端との間に、所定の軸方向圧力を受けて
位置する実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項又は第4
項記載の装置。
