Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明は、垂直層流を必要とするクリーンルームに係
り、特に吸込口を壁面の下部のみでなく上部にも設けた
クリーンルームに関する。
〔従来の技術〕
第３図および第４図は、従来のクリーンルームの断面図
を示す。
従来のクリーンルームは、第３図に示すように。
天井面１に高性能フィルタ（ＨＥＰＡフィルタ）２の吹
出口３を設け９部屋の周囲或は一部に仕切管４をその上
端を天井面ｌに接して立設し、その下部、床面５の近く
に下部吸込口６を開口させて構成されている。この下部
吸込口６は第４図に示すように壁面７に付設されるよう
にダク）８につながるように構成された場合もある。
このようなりリーンルームにおいては、空気吸込面と吹
出口端との距離りが大きくなると、吸込に混合して層流
を乱したり、汚染を持ち込む欠点があった。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
この発明の目的は、＠記、従来技術の欠へを解消し、ク
リーンルームの側壁近傍の渦流発生を防ぎ、汚染空気の
停滞及び層流域への混入を防止することのできるクリー
ンルームを捺供するにある。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
この発明は、気流が停滞し渦流が発生する領域の近くの
仕切壁または側壁に開口部（上部吸込口）を設け、気流
が停滞することなく速に排気されるように構成したもの
である。
〔実　施　例〕
第１図はこの発明に係るクリーンルームの１実施例の断
面図を示す。
垂直２層流式のクリーンルームば、天井面１に高性能フ
ィルタ２付の吹出口３をできるだけ広く設しかし、経済
性を考慮して、第１図に示すように壁面下部から吸込む
ようにした方式も多（採用されている。
この実施例では仕切壁４の上部に上部吸込口９を開口さ
せている。吹出口３かも吹出す清浄な空気は、大半が下
部吸込口６かも吸引され、又、上部吸込口９からは、壁
面に沿って上昇する気流及び、吹出口３からの一部の空
気が吸引されるので。
層流域Ｂを乱さず、又、停滞域や渦流を発生しないので
、吹出口３の直下での層流クリーン域を保持することが
できる。
この方式により、経済的に安価で高清浄度の垂直層流式
クリーンルームが可能となった。
第２図は、この発明の他の実施例の断面図を示す。前記
実施例と異なるのは、上部吸込口９の構造と機能である
。
構造は、上部吸込口９に重力式の微差圧調整式力調整も
可能となる。
また第４図に示す形式のクリーンルームにおいては上部
吸込口９を壁面７に付設してもよい。
〔発明の効果〕
この発明は、天井面の高性能フィルタ（ＨＥＰＡフィル
タ）を有する吹出口から給気し９部屋の周囲下部の吸込
口から吸込んで清浄エリアを形成するクリーンルームに
おいて、下部吸込口の上方に上部吸込口を付設したから
、渦流の発生によるクリーンルームの層流域の気流の乱
れおよび吹出口下方の空気の汚染を防止することができ
る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １、天井面の高性能フィルタ（ＨＥＰＡフィルタ）を有
    する吹出口から給気し、部屋の周囲下部の吸込口から吸
    込んで清浄エリアを形成するクリーンルームにおいて、
    前記下部吸込口の上方に上部吸込口を付設したことを特
    徴とするクリーンルーム。
