Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、互いに垂直に突き合わされかつこの
範囲で互いに結合される２つの家具部分の解離可
能な結合のための金具であつて、一方の家具部分
の一方の面に、締付けヘツドを有する突出する締
付けボルトが固定されており、他方の家具部分の
一方の面に、偏心された締付け面を有する回動可
能に支承される締付け偏心体を備えたコツプ状の
ケーシングが埋め込まれており、さらに、一方の
家具部分に固定された締付けボルトが、他方の家
具部分の端面側の受容部及びケーシングの受容部
を介して、少なくとも、締付け偏心体の操作側と
は反対の側で、他方の家具部分及び／又はケーシ
ングの受容部内で案内されており、さらに締付け
偏心体を回動することによつて締付けボルトが締
付け面を介してケーシング内に引き込まれるよう
に締付けボルトと締付け偏心体とが作用結合され
ており、さらにケーシングの前方側の切欠きによ
つて締付け偏心体に接近可能になつており、しか
も締付けヘツドが、締付けボルトの直径を減少さ
れたシヤフト区分に、このシヤフト区分に対して
鈍角を成す締付け面が接続しており、かつ締付け
偏心体が締付けボルトの締付けヘツドのための導
入開口を有している形式のものに関する。
従来の技術 前述の形式の金具は、ドイツ連邦共和国特許第
1753064号明細書により公知である。このような
公知の金具においては、締付け偏心体の回動軸線
が、締付けボルトの縦軸線に対して垂直に、かつ
締付けボルトを固定している他方の家具部分の面
に対してわずかな間隔で位置している。それ故
に、締付け偏心体への接近及び締付け偏心体を回
動するための工具の差込みが困難である。さら
に、締付け偏心体は、締付けヘツドを互いに対向
する２つの個所でつかんでいる。
発明の課題 本発明の課題は、締付け偏心体への接近及び締
付け偏心体への工具の差込みが、ケーシングの取
付け深さ及び／又は構造高さを大きくすることな
しに簡単に実施され、しかも締付け偏心体と締付
けボルトとの間の作用結合を悪化しないような、
前述の形式の金具を提供することである。
課題を解決するための手段 前述の課題を解決するために講じた本発明の手
段によれば、締付け偏心体が、この締付け偏心体
の回動軸線に対して偏心的な締付けスリーブを備
えており、該締付けスリーブには締付けヘツドの
ための導入開口が形成されており、さらに締付け
偏心体が、締付け面と締付けボルトのシヤフト区
分とが成す角度と同じ鈍角で、締付けボルトの縦
軸線に対して延びる回動軸線を有してケーシング
内に回動可能に支承されており、さらに、締付け
スリーブが締付け面及び、締付けボルトのシヤフ
ト区分の少なくとも一部分に当接するように、こ
の締付けスリーブの内壁が締付けヘツドを周り及
び後方からつかんでいることにある。
発明の効果 本発明によつて得られる利点は、偏心的な締付
けスリーブが片側でのみ、しかも大きな面で締付
けボルトの締付けヘツドと作用結合しており、か
つ大きな回動角で締付け偏心体を回動することに
より締付けボルトの締付け距離を生ぜしめること
ができるきとである。このことによつて、締付け
偏心体における小さなトルクによつて締付けボル
トにおける大きな締付け力が伝達され、従つて金
具の調整が著しく楽になる。それでもなお、締付
け偏心体のどの回動位置においても、締付けボル
トの締付けヘツドにおける締付け偏心体の十分な
自縛作用を保証することができる。さらに、締付
け偏心体の回動軸線が締付けボルトの縦軸線に対
して鈍角を成しているので、ねじ回しを締付け偏
心体にたやすく接近させることができ、それ故に
ねじ回しによる締付け作業が家具本体の側壁によ
つて邪魔されずに楽に行なわれる。さらに、締付
け偏心体は、締付けヘツドの周りを両側で後方か
らつかんでいないので、ケーシングの取付け深さ
が深くなることはない。
実施態様 本発明の有利な実施態様によれば、ケーシング
が２つのケーシング半部から組立てられていて、
かつ該ケーシング半部が係止ピン受容部及び係止
ピンを介して分割面の範囲において互いに結合さ
れており、さらに締付け偏心体の回動軸線が分割
面に配置されている。このことによつて、可視さ
れる前方側でできる限り閉鎖されなければならな
いようなケーシング内へ締付け偏心体を簡単に取
付けることができる。つまり、締付け偏心体はケ
ーシングの組立て以前に取付けられる。
円形のケーシングのばあいには、分割面はたと
えばケーシングの直径に沿つている。
さらに、ケーシングの両ケーシング半部がプラ
スチツクから成つており、かつフイルムヒンジを
介して分割面の一端部において互いに一体に結合
されていてかつ開旋回位置でプラスチツク射出成
形部分として製造されていることによつて、ケー
シングの製造が簡単かつ安価になる。
締付け偏心体の締付けスリーブと締付けボルト
の締付けヘツドとの間の力伝達は、締付け偏心体
の締付けスリーブの内壁が該締付け偏心体の回動
軸線に対して平行に延びており、かつ締付けスリ
ーブの端面が締付けスリーブの内壁に対して同じ
鈍角を成していることによつて十分になる。
さらに本発明の有利な実施態様は、ケーシング
のケーシング半部が、分割面の範囲において、締
付け偏心体の支承突起及び締付け偏心体の締付け
スリーブの外周における案内ウエブのための半円
筒状の支承受容部を有しており、さらに該支承受
容部が、ケーシング半部を組立てるさいに円筒状
受容部に完成されるケーシング半部のケーシング
部分によつて形成されている。このばあい有利に
は、締付け偏心体がケーシング半部のケーシング
部分によつて軸方向で移動不能に、しかし回動可
能に、組立てられたケーシングのケーシング半部
内に把持されている。このことによつて締付け偏
心体は、回動運動時に締付けボルトを実際に遊び
なし引き込むことができる。
金具の調節のため本発明の実施態様では、締付
け偏心体が支承受容部を介してケーシングの前方
側範囲で接近可能であり、かつ締付け偏心体が接
近される端面側で工具受容部を備えておりもしく
はそれ自体が工具受容部として形成されており、
このばあい回動軸線が締付けボルトの縦軸線に対
して同じ鈍角を成している。このことによつて締
付け偏心体への接近及び工具の当て付けが簡単に
なる。さらに有利には、締付け偏心体の支承突起
が工具受容部を備えており、もしくはそれ自体が
工具受容部として形成されている。工具受容部
は、このばあい十字みぞ、六角形差込み部あるい
は類似のものである。
締付けボルトが家具本体の側壁に固定されてい
て、かつケーシングがたな底に挿入されているば
あいに、本発明の実施態様では、締付けボルトの
縦軸線がケーシングの前方側に対して平行に延び
ており、さらにケーシングが側壁において締付け
ボルトの締付けヘツドを導入するための切欠き部
を有しており、かつ締付けボルトが切欠き部にお
いて該締付けボルトの縦軸線に対して垂直に制限
されて調整される。
さらに、ケーシング内に導入された締付けボル
トが、締付け偏心体によつてつかまれない側で、
締付けヘツドを後方からつかむケーシング部分を
介してケーシングからずれ動かないようにされて
いることによつて、ケーシング内への締付けボル
トの一時的な固定が達成される。このばあいケー
シング内の締付けボルトが引込まれないために、
本発明の実施態様では、ケーシング部分の一部分
のみがケーシング内の切欠き部内に突入してお
り、該一部分が、切欠き部の締付けボルトに対し
て横方向の寸法と、締付けボルトの最大直径との
差より小さくなつている。
以下に図示の実施例につき本発明を説明する。
第１図に示すように、家具本体の側壁１０に設
けられた孔１１に締付けボルト１２がねじ込まれ
てり、このばあいシヤフト１３におけるねじ込み
用ねじ山１４は十分な保持のために考慮される。
締付けボルト１２は、ストツパフランジ１５が側
壁１０に当接するまでねじ込められる。たな底１
９の下側にケーシング２０が埋め込まれている。
ケーシング２０は２つの鏡像対称的なケーシング
半部２１から成つており、該ケーシング半部はそ
の分割面の範囲でフイルムヒンジを介して互いに
一体に結合されている。このような両方のケーシ
ング半部の内側輪郭を見えるようにかつ中子なし
にプラスチツク射出成形法で製造するために、両
ケーシング半部２１は延ばされた、つまり開位置
へ旋回した状態で製造される。両方のケーシング
半部２１の結合は、係止ピン３１，３２並びに係
止ピン受容部５１，５２を介しして分割面の範囲
において行なわれる。しかし両ケーシング半部２
１のこのような係止結合は、締付け編心体４０が
ケーシング２０内に取付けられた後に初めて行な
われる。
締付けボルト１２はストツパフランジ１５の後
方で直径を減少されたシヤフト区分１６に移行し
ており、次いで該シヤフト区分に締付けヘツド１
７が接続している。締付けヘツド１７の締付け面
がシヤフト区分１６に接続しており、締付け面と
シヤフト区分との成す鈍角はたとえば120度であ
る。
第１図に示すように、ケーシング半部２１は分
割面の範囲で支承突起４５と締付け編心体４０の
締付けスリーブ４９に外周に形成された案内ウエ
ブ４１，４２とのための半円筒状の支承受容部２
５，２８，２９を形成している。このような支承
受容部２５，２８，２９はケーシング部分２３，
２４によつて形成されいてかつ締付け編心体４０
を軸方向で移動不能に、しかし回動可能にケーシ
ング２０内に固定している。締付け編心体４０の
支承突起４５に設けられた工具受容部４６は、ケ
ーシング２０の可視可能な前方側範囲における支
承受容部２５を介して接近可能に形成されてい
る。締付け編心体４０は、回動軸線４４に対して
編心的に配置された締付けスリーブ４９が締付け
ヘツド１７の周りに後方から係合するように支承
されている。このばあい締付けスリーブ４９の内
壁４３は締付けボルト１２の締付けヘツド１７の
締付け面１８に当接する。締付けスリーブ４９の
端面５３と締付けスリーブ４９の内壁４３との成
す鈍角は、前述の締付け面１８とシヤフト区分１
６との成す鈍角と等しくなつており、従つて端面
５３は締付けボルト１２のシヤフト区分１６に当
接しかつシヤフト区分を付加的に案内する。
ケーシング２０はたな底１９内のコツプ状孔内
に装着されており、このばあいケーシング外周に
形成されたのこ刃２７によつてケーシングは有利
にコツプ状孔内に保持される。ストツパフランジ
２６はケーシング２０の挿入運動を制限する。
締付け編心体４０の回動軸線４４と締付けボル
ト１２の縦軸線との成す鈍角は、締付け面１８と
締付けボルト１２のシヤフト区分１６との成す鈍
角と同じである。それ故に締付け編心体４０の回
動軸線４４は家具本体の側壁１０に対して鋭角を
成して位置しており、従つて工具は簡単に工具受
容部４６内に導入される。
ケーシング２０はたな底１９の端面まで達して
おり、かつ端面範囲で締付けボルト１２を導入す
るための切欠き部２２を有している。第２図に示
すように締付け編心体４０の締付けスリーブ４９
も締付けボルト１２の導入のための切欠き部４７
を有しており、このことによつて締付け編心体４
０の所定の回動位置で締付けボルト１２は締付け
スリーブ４９内にも導入される。
ケーシング２０に形成された切欠き部２２は、
ケーシング２０内への締付けボルト１２の、該ボ
ルトの縦軸線に対して垂直に向いている制限され
た調整を許している。たな底１９がわずかに持上
げられるさいに締付けボルト１２の締付けヘツド
１７が締付け編心体４０の締付けスリーブ４９の
内室へ導入され、このばあい締付けヘツドはケー
シング部分５５を越えて案内される。このように
締付けボルト１２がケーシング２０内に導入され
ると、次いでたな底１９が降下され、このばあい
ケーシング部分５５が締付けボルト１２の締付け
ヘツド１７の周りに後方から係合し、このことに
よつて締付けボルトはもはやずれ動かされない。
締付け編心体４０が回動されると、締付けスリー
ブ４９が締付けボルト１２の締付けヘツド１７に
係合する。締付けスリーブ４９の中心軸線５０が
締付け編心体４０の回動軸線４４に対して編心的
にずらされており、従つて締付け編心体４０の回
動運動によつて締付けボルト１２の締付けヘツド
１７がケーシング２０内にもはやずれ動かされる
ことはない。このことによつてたな底１９と側壁
１０との間の大きな締付け力が達成され、しかも
締付け編心体４０の大きな回動角度により、締付
けボルト１２の軸方向の締付け距離を生ぜしめる
ので、締付け編心体４０における調整力は小さく
てよい。第２図から示されるようにケーシング２
０内への締付けスリーブ４９の案内は、別の構成
の案内ウエブ４８を介しても達成される。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 互いに垂直に突き合わされかつこの範囲で互
    いに結合される２つの家具部分の解離可能な結合
    のための金具であつて、一方の家具部分の一方の
    面に、締付けヘツドを有する突出する締付けボル
    トが固定されており、他方の家具部分の一方の面
    に偏心された締付け面を有する回動可能に支承さ
    れる締付け偏心体を備えたコツプ状のケーシング
    が埋め込まれており、さらに、一方の家具部分に
    固定された締付けボルトが、他方の家具部分の端
    面側の受容部及びケーシングの受容部を介して、
    少なくとも、締付け偏心体の操作側とは反対の側
    で、他方の家具部分及び／又はケーシングの受容
    部内で案内されており、さらに締付け偏心体を回
    動することによつて締付けボルトが締付け面を介
    してケーシング内に引き込まれるように締付けボ
    ルトと締付け偏心体とが作用結合されており、さ
    らにケーシングの前方側の切欠きによつて締付け
    偏心体に接近可能になつており、しかも締付けヘ
    ツドが、締付けボルトの直径を減少されたシヤフ
    ト区分に、このシヤフト区分に対して鈍角を成す
    締付け面が接続しており、かつ締付け偏心体が締
    付けボルトの締付けヘツドのための導入開口を有
    している形式のものにおいて、締付け偏心体４０
    が、この締付け偏心体の回動軸線に対して偏心的
    な締付けスリーブ４９を備えており、該締付けス
    リーブには締付けヘツド１７のための導入開口４
    ７が形成されており、さらに締付け偏心体４０
    が、締付け面１８と締付けボルトのシヤフト区分
    １６とが成す角度と同じ鈍角で、締付けボルト１
    ２の縦軸線に対して延びる回動軸線を有してケー
    シング２０内に回動可能に支承されており、さら
    に、締付けスリーブ４９が締付け面１８及び、締
    付けボルト１２のシヤフト区分１６の少なくとも
    一部分に当接するように、この締付けスリーブ４
    ９の内壁４３が締付けヘツド１７を周り及び後方
    からつかんでいることを特徴とする、互いに垂直
    に突き合わされた２つの家具部材を結合する金
    具。 ２ 円形のケーシング２０が２つのケーシング半
    部２１から組立てられていて、しかも分割面が直
    径に沿つて延びており、さらにプラスチツクから
    成る両ケーシング半部２１が、フイルムヒンジを
    介して分割面の一端部において互いに一体に結合
    されており、かつ開旋回位置でプラスチツク射出
    成形部分として製造されており、さらに両ケーシ
    ング半部２１が、係止ピン受容部５１，５２及び
    係止ピン３１，３２を介して分割面の範囲で互い
    に結合されており、かつ締付け偏心体４０の回動
    軸線４４が分割面内に位置している特許請求の範
    囲第１項記載の金具。 ３ ケーシング２０のケーシング半部２１が、分
    割面の範囲に、締付け偏心体４０の支承突起４５
    のための、及び締付け偏心体４０の締付けスリー
    ブ４９の外周における案内ウエブ４１，４２のた
    めの半円筒状の支承受容部２８，２９を有してお
    り、該支承受容部２８，２９が、ケーシング半部
    ２１を組立てるさいに円筒状受容部に完成される
    ケーシング半部２１のケーシング部分２３，２４
    によつて形成されている特許請求の範囲第２項記
    載の金具。 ４ 締付け偏心体４０が、ケーシング半部２１の
    ケーシング部分２３，２４によつて軸方向で移動
    不能に、組立てられたケーシング２０のケーシン
    グ半部２１内に把持されている特許請求の範囲第
    ３項記載の金具。 ５ ケーシング２０内に導入された締付けボルト
    １２が、締付け偏心体４０によつてつかまれない
    側で、締付けヘツド１７を後方からつかむケーシ
    ング部分５５を介してケーシング２０からずれ動
    かないようにされており、さらに、ケーシング部
    分５５の一部分のみが、ケーシング２０内の切欠
    き部２２内に突入しており、該一部分が、切欠き
    部の締付けボルト１２に対して横方向の寸法と、
    締付けボルト１２の最大直径との差より小さくな
    つている特許請求の範囲第１項から第４項までの
    いずれか１項記載の金具。
