Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体ウエーハの表面にジエツト水流を吹き付
    けて、ウエーハ表面を洗浄処理する半導体製造装
    置において、 導電材からなり、上記半導体ウエーハの側面に
    沿つて並ぶ多数の開孔を有するノズルを半導体ウ
    エーハの裏面側に配して接地し、導電性を付与し
    た液体を上記ノズルより半導体ウエーハの裏面周
    辺に向かつて流すようにしたことを特徴とする半
    導体製造装置。
