Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 被処理基板を搬送する基板搬送ローラと、被
処理基板の少なくとも一面に臨ませて配置した回
転可能なデイスクブラシと、基板の前記一面に洗
浄液を作用させる洗浄液供給手段とを有し、デイ
スクブラシの回転軸を被処理基板の主面に対して
直交する状態に配置するとともに、被処理基板の
搬送中に基板表面をデイスクブラシで払拭するこ
とにより洗浄するように構成した基板の洗浄装置
において、 デイスクブラシはその回転中心部を除いて環状
に植毛したリング状ブラシで形成し、デイスクブ
ラシの回転中心部に向けて洗浄液を噴出する洗浄
液噴出ノズルをデイスクブラシに対向させて配置
したことを特徴とする基板のデイスクブラシ式洗
浄装置。 ２ デイスクブラシを被処理基板の搬送路を挟ん
だ状態で被処理基板の両面に臨ませて配置し、基
板搬送路を挟んで位置しているデイスクブラシを
基板搬送方向での位相をずらして配置した請求項
