Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はカーテンウオールの縦材、横材、ある
いはサツシ窓枠の縦材、横材等に用いられる建築
用形材、詳しくは形材本体に押え縁を連結した建
築用形材に関するものである。
従来、この種の建築用形材としては形材本体に
押え縁を断熱材を介して連結した形材が知られて
いるが、ただ単に形材本体に断熱材を介して押え
縁を連結した構造であると押え縁の取付位置が不
揃いとなつてしまつたり、連結強度が弱かつた
り、十分なる断熱効果が得られない等の不具合を
生じてしまう。
本考案は上記の事情に鑑みなされたものであ
り、その目的は形材本体に押え縁を位置決めして
取付けできると共に、連結強度を強くでき、さら
には十分なる断熱効果が得られるようにした建築
用形材を提供することである。
以下図面を参照して本考案の実施例を説明す
る。
第１図はカーテンウオールを示す正面図であ
り、カーテンウオールは単位カーテンウオールユ
ニツトＡを上下、左右に多数取付けた構造であ
る。
前記単位カーテンウオールユニツトＡは一対の
縦材１，１と上横材２１と一対の中間横材２２，
２２と下横材２３とを方形枠状に連結した形状と
なつている。
前記縦材１及び各横材２１，２２，２３を構成
する形材は第２図に示すような形状となつてい
る。
つまり、両側壁１０，１１と両端壁１２，１３
とにより中空長尺材となつた本体１４の一端壁１
２に取付片１５を形成して形材本体Ｂとし、他端
壁１３には長手方向に連続した中空部１６と一側
壁１０側に開口した凹溝１７とを形成すると共
に、取付片１５の一側壁１５ａには第１取付凹溝
１８を形成し、一側壁１５ａと直交する端壁１５
ｂには第２、第３取付凹溝１９，２０を形成しか
つ端壁１５ｂには段部２１を形成し、他端壁１５
ｃと本体１４の一端壁１２とによつて段部２２を
形成していると共に、一端壁１２には一対の係止
突片２３，２４が一体形成されて縦、横材とな
り、前記取付片１５における端壁１５ｂには断熱
材より成る連結体３０を介して押え縁３１がビス
３２で取付けられ、押え縁３１の外側壁３１ａに
は鈎形に折曲した折曲壁３１ｂが一体形成されて
凹溝３３を形成し、折曲壁３１ｂには前記取付片
１５の第２、第３取付凹溝１９，２０と相対向す
る第１、第２凹溝３４，３５が形成してあり、こ
の第２凹溝３４と第３取付凹溝２０とに断熱材よ
りなる連結板３６が嵌合取付けてある。
このようであるから、形材本体Ｂに押え縁３１
を連結体３０を介して連結する際に連結体３０と
連結板３６及び凹溝２０，３５によつて位置決め
が正しくなされて所定の位置に正確に連結できる
と共に、連結体３０と連結板３６との間に外部に
遮蔽された空気層３７を形成（つまり、連結体３
０の配されていない空間を連結板３６で閉塞）で
きるからその空気層３７内の空気の対流が防止さ
れて断熱効果が優れたものとなる。
そして、縦材１として用いる場合には第３図に
示すように一側壁１０が外向となるように取付け
ると共に、左右に隣接する単位カーテンウオール
ユニツトＡ，Ａの縦材１，１の第１取付凹溝１
８，１８間及び左右の押え縁３１の凹溝３３，３
３間にパツキンバンド等のシール材３８をそれぞ
れ取付け、相対向した凹溝１７，１７間にもパツ
キンバンド等のシール材３８を取付材３９を介し
て取付けて一対の縦材１，１を左右方向に連結し
ていると共に、押え縁３１の外側壁３１ａと本体
１４の一端壁１２との間にパネル４０が取付けて
ある。
なお、連結板３６は第２、第３取付凹溝１９，
２０と第１、第２凹溝３４，３５間に亘つて一対
嵌合取付けてある。
また、上横材２１として用いる場合には第４図
に示すように、下方の単位カーテンウオールユニ
ツトＡの上横材２１である形材を、その一側壁１
０が上向となるように取付け、上方の単位カーテ
ンウオールユニツトＢの下横材２３を一側壁１０
が下向となるように取付け、相対向する第１取付
凹溝１８，１８間に連結部材５０の上下端部を弾
性材よりなるスペーサ部材５１，５１を介して嵌
合取付けてある。
つまり、連結部材５０は上壁５２、下壁５３、
内外縦壁５４，５５とを備え、内縦壁５４には上
下一対の突片５６，５７が連続形成され、上壁５
２には鈎片５８が一体形成してあり、外縦壁５５
は下方に延長されてその端部には凹条溝５９が形
成され、上下突片５６，５７が第１取付凹溝１
８，１８にスペーサ部材５１を介して嵌合取付け
てあり、鈎片５８が第１溝３４に嵌合連結してあ
ると共に、凹条溝５９にシール材６０が装着して
ある。
なお、第５図に示すように取付片１５及び押え
縁３１における連結体３０の上下に凹溝１９，２
０，２０′，３４，３５，３５′を形成して連結体
３０の上下に連結板３６，３６′を取付けても良
いと共に、第６図に示すように取付片１５及び押
え縁３１に３つの凹溝１９，２０，２０′，３
４，３５，３５′を形成し、平板状の連結板３６
及びＨ字型の連結板３６′を取付けても良い。
本考案は以上の様になり、形材本体Ｂに押え縁
３１を位置決めして所定の位置に正確に連結取付
けできると共に、十分なる断熱効果が得られ、さ
らに連結強度を強くできる。

図面は本考案の実施例を示すものであり、第１
図はカーテンウオールを示す正面図、第２図は形
材の断面図、第３図、第４図は第１図の−
線、−線断面図、第５図、第６図は他の実施
例の一部断面図である。 Ｂは形材本体、３０は連結体、３１は押え縁、
３２はビス、３６は連結板、３７は空気層。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 形材本体Ｂと押え縁３１を対向させて配置し、
    各々の対向する面に複数の凹溝を形成すると共
    に、形材本体Ｂと押え縁３１とを前記凹溝に係止
    した断熱材料よりなる連結板３６で橋絡し、押え
    縁３１と形材本体Ｂとの残余の空間部に断熱材よ
    り成る連結体３０を介在させて形材本体Ｂと押え
    縁３１をビス３２で連結することで連結体３０と
    連結板３６との間に空気層３７を形成したことを
    特徴とする建築用形材。
