Claims (1)
- 各チツプ毎に微小寸法の切り残し部を有してカ
ツトされたウエハ、このウエハを表面に接着した
シート、このシートの下方に位置され、上記チツ
プと略同外形のブレークヘツド、このブレークヘ
ツド内に配置され、上記チツプを突き上げるピン
、上記ブレークヘツドに対向して上記ウエハの上
部に位置され、上記チツプを吸着し得るスピンド
ル、及びこのスピンドルを内装し、上記スピンド
ルが上記チツプを吸着した時に、上記チツプの周
囲のチツプが上記スピンドルの吸着方向への変位
を抑制するピツクアツプヘツドを備えたウエハチ
ツプ供給ヘツド装置。
