- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 テーブル上にウエーハを載置し、そのウエーハ
の上面をブレードを用いて研削する装置において
、 上記テーブルのウエーハ載置位置に、ウエーハ
の周縁部を支承する段差部と、ウエーハの中央部
に対応し、ウエーハを陽圧状態で浮揚させるガス
充満空間となる空洞部とからなる凹部を設けたこ
とを特徴とする研削装置。
