Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
「産業上の利用分野」
この発明は施術後にメルカプト臭のしないコールドウェ
ーブ第１剤に関する。

「従来の技術」
従来のコールドウェーブ第１剤としては、チオグリコー
ル酸アンモニウムおよびアルカリ剤が使用されており、
当該剤に毛髪のケラチン物質誘導体を配合した方法等も
知られている。しかしながら、上記方法ではある程度毛
髪の損傷は防止出来るが、毛髪蛋白ケラチンをチオグリ
コール酸で還元することにより発生するメルカプト奥は
除去出来なかった。又、この特異的な不快臭を除き毛髪
の損傷を防止する目的でシスティンパーマも行われてい
るが、ウェーブ形成力が弱く難点があった。

「発明が解決しようとする問題点」
本発明はパーマ施術後にメルカプト臭のしない新規なコ
ールドウェーブ第１剤を提供することを技術的課題とす
る。

「問題点を解決するための手段」
本発明者は（特願昭６０−２０９５５０号において）従
来のコールドウェーブ第１剤に中性にしたａｎｎ液液添
加した、パーマ処理中および後に不快臭のしないコール
ドウェーブ第１剤を憐案じている。

本発明者は前記発明について研究を続行し、糖醗酵液中
に生成された物質を分析調査し、その成分であるアミノ
酸類、有機酸類、ビタミン類、アルコール、アルデヒド
、ケトン、グルタチオン、又は無機塩類をコールドパー
マ第１剤に各１％（重量）添加してメルカプト臭の有無
を検査した結果、グルタチオンに消臭効力のあることを
解明し、本発明を完成させるに至った。

なお理美容技術者男女１０名により行った上記官能検査
の結果は第１表に示す通りである。

即ち、本発明はチオグリコール酸アンモニウムおよびア
ルカリ剤を主成分とするコールドウェーブ第１剤に、グ
ルタチオンを添加したことを特徴とするコールドウェー
ブ第１剤からなるものである。

グルタチオンの最小有効量算定のために、グルタチオン
１％水溶液を基準とし、１０倍希釈による方法でメルカ
プト臭の有無の官能検査をした結果は第２表の通りであ
る。

以上の結果よりグルタチオンは微量でその効力を発揮し
、コールドウェーブ第１剤に対して、０．００１％以上
、好適には０．００５％以上添加すれば所期の目的を達
成することが判明した。

グルタチオンは動植物に存在するペプチドの一つであり
、生体内である種の酸化還元反応に関与するものである
。そしてＷ醗酵液および、特に酵母体内に多く （通常
２〜３％）含有さており、通常前記各物質から抽出して
使用される。

本発明のグルタチオンとしては、高純度に精製されたも
の、またはグルタチオンを高濃度に含有する溶液を使用
するのが好適である。

以下実施例をあげて本発明を説明する。
「実施例」
下記組成のコールドウェーブ第１剤で毛髪を室温で１５
分間処理後、第２剤（臭素酸ナトリウム６．５％）で室
温で１５分間処理後水洗いした。

「発明の効果」
微量のグルタチオンを添加した本発明のコールドウェー
ブ第１剤を使用することによって、パーマ施術中および
後の強烈なメルカプト臭を除去することが出来る。グル
タチオンは無色透明で呈色や変色もなく安定であるため
、当該物質を添加した本発明のコールドウェーブ第１剤
も又安定であり、長期保存に耐えることが出来る。
ブ第１剤を使用することによって、パーマ施術中および
後の強烈なメルカプト臭を除去することが出来る。グル
タチオンは無色透明で呈色や変色もなく安定であるため
、当該物質を添加した本発明のコールドウェーブ第１剤
も又安定であり、長期保存に耐えることが出来る。
Claims (1)
- チオグリコール酸アンモニウムおよびアルカリ剤を主成
分とするコールドウェーブ第１剤に、グルタチオンを添
加したことを特徴とするコールドウェーブ第１剤。
