Claims (1)
- 電子部品が実装される印刷配線板において、電
気回路用導電体パターンを形成すると共に、前記
導電体パターンと結合したランドの少なくともラ
ンド間隔の狭い部分に、上記導電体パターンとは
別個の独立した銅箔パターンを設け、前記銅箔パ
ターン及び導電パターン面上に半田付着抵抗層を
形成したことを特徴とする印刷配線板。
