第１図はこの考案の一実施例による金属芯入り
印刷配線板のシヤーシ取付部分の平面図、第２図
は第１図の―線における断面図、第３図は従
来の金属芯入り印刷配線板のシヤーシ取付部分の
平面図、第４図は第３図の―線における断面
図である。 図において、１は金属芯入り印刷配線板、２は
金属芯９を露出させた部分、３はシヤーシ、４は
結合部品、５は電子部品、６はソルダレジスト、
７は銅箔、８は絶縁樹脂を示す。なお、図中、同
一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。
印刷配線板のシヤーシ取付部分の平面図、第２図
は第１図の―線における断面図、第３図は従
来の金属芯入り印刷配線板のシヤーシ取付部分の
平面図、第４図は第３図の―線における断面
図である。 図において、１は金属芯入り印刷配線板、２は

Claims (1)
- 金属芯入り印刷配線板をシヤーシに取付ける際
シヤーシと接触する部分の表面絶縁樹脂を剥がし
て金属芯を露出させ、シヤーシと金属芯が直接接
触するようにしたことを特徴とする金属芯入り印
刷配線板。
