  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) チヤンバ内に設けた基板ホルダと、基板ホ
    ルダに対向する電極ユニツトと、電極ユニツトに
    接続する高周波電力ブロツクと、生成ガス導入機
    構とを具備しており、かつ前記生成ガス導入機構
    は外部導入部と、外部導入部に連通する内部導入
    部とから構成されており、前記内部導入部は、絶
    縁ブロツクに設けた細孔と、高周波電力ブロツク
    に設けた細孔と、フレームに設けた細孔とからな
    り、各細孔は互いに連通しているものであること
    を特徴とするプラズマＣＶＤ装置。 (2) 前記電極ユニツトは基板ホルダに対して平
    行に配置した上部電極板とこれに平行な下部電極
    板とを具備しており、かつ両電極板には互いに位
    相の異なる生成ガス導入孔を有していることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のプ
    ラズマＣＶＤ装置。 (3) 前記内部導入部の各細孔は円周状に配設さ
    れていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載のプラズマＣＶＤ装置。
