成図である。 1……Z軸粗動機構、2……Y軸粗動機構、3
……X軸粗動機構、4……硝子電極、22……X
―Y―Z軸微動機構、22a……X―Y軸微動機
構、22b……Z軸微動機構、23……受圧微動
部、36,52……液圧シリンダ、45……基台

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 縦横方向及び高さ方向の粗動機構と、縦横方向
    の微動機構とを備え、該微動機構が粗動機構と連
    動する基台に突設された小球と、受孔を有して該
    小球に対し球心の位置を変えて被着させかつ上記
    基台に対し横方向に移動自在なスライダーを介在
    させて縦方向に摺動自在なスライダーに回動自在
    に枢支させた大球と、該大球を回動させるための
    操作レバーとから成る硝子電極等のマニピユレー
    タにおいて、上記操作レバー内に操作つまみと連
    動するピストンにより押圧される液圧シリンダを
    設け、かつ縦横方向及び高さ方向に移動自在な上
    記各機構のうち何れかに、基台と該基台に対し高
    さ方向に移動自在なスライダーとを挿入し、該基
    台とスライダーとの間にピストン及び液圧シリン
    ダを介在させると共に、該液圧シリンダを上記操
    作レバー内の液圧シリンダに接続してなることを
    特徴とする硝子電極等のマニピユレータ。
