Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 硝子電極等を移動させる移動部と、移動部を制
    御する操作部とから成り、移動部がそれぞれ前後
    左右及び上下方向に移動する３組の移動機構を有
    し、各移動機構が、基台と、該基台に対して摺動
    するスライダーと、該基台とスライダーとの間に
    介在させたピストン及び該ピストンで押圧される
    ダイアフラムを備えた液圧シリンダとから成り、
    各液圧シリンダが押圧操作で内部圧の変化する操
    作部の液圧シリンダに接続させた硝子電極等のマ
    ニピユレータにおいて、上記各移動機構の基台又
    はスライダーの何れか一方に、ラツク及び該ラツ
    クと噛合するピニオンを介在させて、該スライダ
    ーと同一方向に移動自在に粗動台を装着し、かつ
    上記ピニオンには粗動つまみを有してなることを
    特徴とする硝子電極等のマニピユレータ。
