Claims (1)
- 外部に対する連結部を備えた主ピストンがシリ
ンダチユーブ内に往復動するよう収容されるとと
もに、その主ピストンを当接させてその一方の移
動限界位置を規定する第１の調整ストツパがシリ
ンダチユーブの一端側に設けられ、またシリンダ
チユーブのうち主ピストンを挟んだ前記第１の調
整ストツパとは反対側に主ピストンによる押圧力
に打ち勝つて主ピストンの移動を阻止することの
できる副ピストンが往復動自在に収容され、さら
に前記シリンダチユーブに、副ピストンの主ピス
トン側への前進端を規定する第２の調整ストツパ
と副ピストンを後退させた状態での主ピストンの
副ピストン側への移動限界位置を規定する第３の
調整ストツパとが設けられていることを特徴とす
る三位置割出し可能なアクチユエータ。
