Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 厚み方向の両面に電極を有する正特性サー
    ミスタと、この正特性サーミスタの前記電極に対
    接する一対の電極端子と、この一対の電極端子の
    一方の上に電気的に絶縁して重ねられる放熱板と
    を、ケースに支持固定した正特性サーミスタ装置
    において、前記放熱板は、ケース外部に一体的に
    突き出る突出部を有し、この突出部に被加熱体と
    の熱結合部となる筒状部を有することを特徴とす
    る正特性サーミスタ装置。 (2) 前記放熱板の前記突出部は、前記絶縁板と
    の重ね面から連続して延びる平板状でなり、前記
    筒状部は前記突出部の厚み方向に形成される孔を
    有するものでなることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項に記載の正特性サーミスタ装置
    。 (3) 前記２つの電極端子のうち、少なくとも一
    方は、過電流溶断部となる狭幅部を有するもので
    なることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項または第２項に記載の正特性サーミスタ装置
    。
