一方の上に電気的に絶縁して重ねられる放熱板と

において、前記放熱板は、ケース外部に一体的に
突き出る突出部を有し、この突出部に被加熱体と
の熱結合部となる筒状部を有することを特徴とす
る正特性サーミスタ装置。 (2) 前記放熱板の前記突出部は、前記絶縁板と
の重ね面から連続して延びる平板状でなり、前記
筒状部は前記突出部の厚み方向に形成される孔を
有するものでなることを特徴とする実用新案登録
