第１図は、この考案を適用したサーボ機構の制
御装置の構成図、第２図は、従来のサーボ機構の
制御装置の構成図、第３図は各制御対象の摩擦が
温度により変化した時の応答を示す図である。 図中、１は位置誤差演算器、２は速度誤差演算
器、３はゲイン設定器、４は駆動部、５は制御対
象、６は位置入力信号、７は速度入力信号、８は
位置信号、９は速度信号、１０は温度情報である
。なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号
を付して示してある。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 位置入力信号と制御対象の位置信号との差を演
    算する位置誤差演算器と、この位置誤差演算器の
    出力信号と制御対象の速度信号との差を演算する
    速度誤差演算器と、この速度誤差演算器の出力及
    び制御対象の温度情報に基づいて制御のゲインを
    設定・補正するゲイン設定器と、このゲイン設定
    器の出力に応じて制御対象を駆動する駆動部とを
    備えたことを特徴とする制御装置。
