Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 各種回路部品を搭載し、かつ各回路部品の
間に所定の導体パターンを形成した混成集積回路
の基板において、回路部品の測定、試験の際に用
いる測定用電極パターンを、測定、試験終了後に
回路本体側から切り離される前記基板上の端部領
域へ引出して回路側の導体パターン作成工程と同
時に形成したことを特徴とする混成集積回路。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の基板
において、基板上における測定用電極パターンを
形成した端部領域と回路本体側領域との境目に基
板切り放し用のスナツプラインが形成されている
ことを特徴とする混成集積回路。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の基板
において、一枚の大形基板上に複数組の混成集積
回路を同時形成した多数個取り基板に対し、各組
の回路に対応して基板上の端部領域に引出したそ
れぞれの測定用電極パターンの一方が共通化して
形成されていることを特徴とする混成集積回路の
基板。
