- 縁基板上に形成してなる混成集積回路で一枚の
上記基板上に回路パターンを複数個形成し、個々
の混成集積回路パターンの外部接続端子用導体電
極パターンが、隣接する混成集積回路パターンと
接続されたパターンとなつている混成集積回路パ
ターンにおいて、個々の回路パターンを分割する
境界またはその近傍が、両者のまたは一方の外部
接続端子用導体電極パターンの幅より細くなつて
いることを特徴とする混成集積回路パターン。
