Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電池電源と、 ガスにより抵抗値が変化する金属酸化物半導体
とこの半導体を加熱するためのヒータとを有する
ガスセンサと、 ガスセンサのヒータへの印加電力を周期的に変
化させてガスセンサを高温域と低温域とに周期的
に加熱するためのヒータ制御信号を発し、かつガ
スセンサの低温域への加熱期間内にサンプリング
信号を発するタイマ要素と、 サンプリング信号により動作して低温域におけ
るガスセンサの出力から特定のガスを検出すると
ともに、ガスの検出時にはガスセンサを高温域に
加熱するためのヒートクリーニング信号をタイマ
要素に入力するガス検出回路、 とを有する特定ガス検出装置。
