出信号に応じたデユーテイ比のパルス信号を示す
図、第５図は、従来の温度制御回路を示すブロツ
ク図、第６図は、その温度制御動作を説明するた
めのフロー図である。 １：炉、２：ヒータ、３：熱電対、６：ＭＰＵ
、８：スイツチングモジユール、１１：分周器、
１２：アンドゲート、１３：設定器。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 温度制御域内に設けられる加熱手段に通電する
とともに、温度制御域内の温度を温度センサで検
出し、検出した温度に応じ、前記加熱手段の通電
比率を制御する温度制御回路において、 前記検出した温度に応じた通電比率の通電期間
よりも短い周期でオン／オフされるパルス信号を
発生するパルス信号発生手段と、このパルス信号
のオン／オフ比を選択設定する設定手段と、前記
温度に応じた通電比率の通電期間信号と前記パル
ス信号との論理積を出力する論理積手段とを備え
、前記論理積出力で前記加熱手段の通電制御を行
うようにしたことを特徴とする温度制御回路。
