Claims (1)
- ガス濃度に応じた電気抵抗変化を示す金属酸化
物半導体を主成分としたガス検出素子２と、該ガ
ス検出素子２の感度及び応答性を向上させるため
のヒータ３と、該ヒータ３による加熱温度を検出
する温度検出素子８と、該温度検出素子８の出力
に基づいて前記ヒータ３による加熱温度が一定に
なるように該ヒータ３への電力供給量を制御する
加熱温度制御回路９とを備えてなることを特徴と
するガス検出装置。
