- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) カーボン面状発熱体のカーボンの厚さを部
分的に変化させて、部分的に異温度部を形成した
ことを特徴とする面状ヒータ。 (2) カーボン面状発熱体のカーボンは、温度セ
ンサーの設置部の厚さを厚くみて高温部としたこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の面状ヒータ。 (3) カーボン面状発熱体のカーボンは、耐熱性
の低い材料の使用個所の厚さを薄くして低温部と
したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の面状ヒータ。
