Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) マグネツトの点火コイルの一次巻線に流れ
る一次電流をパワートランジスタの遮断動作によ
つて急激に断つことにより点火コイルの二次巻線
に接続され点火プラグに火花放電を生ぜしめる内
燃機関用点火回路であつて、一次巻線の両端間に
接続された抵抗とコンデンサの直列回路からなる
時定数回路と、この時定数回路の時定数で定まる
機関回転速度の閾値以下において前記コンデンサ
の前記一次電流による充電電荷で導通することに
よつて前記パワートランジスタを比較的低速の回
転領域において遮断動作せしめる第１の制御トラ
ンジスタと、パワートランジスタに流れる順方向
一次電流の大きさを検出する電流検出手段と、こ
の電流検出手段によつて検出された一次電流値が
予じめ設定された値を超えたときに導通すること
によつて前記パワートランジスタを前記閾値速度
を超える比較的高速の回転領域において遮断動作
せしめる第２の制御トランジスタとを備えたもの
において、 前記一次巻線に生じる逆方向電圧による電荷が
前記コンデンサに蓄積されるのを防止する極性選
択回路手段を前記時定数回路に接続したことを特
徴とする内燃機関用点火回路。 (2) 極性選択回路手段が、時定数回路のコンデ
ンサに直列接続された逆方向電流阻止用のダイオ
ードと、コンデンサの両端間に接続された放電用
抵抗とを有してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の内燃機関用点火回路。 (3) 極性選択回路手段が、時定数回路のコンデ
ンサに並列接続された逆方向電流側路用のダイオ
ードを有してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の内燃機関用点火回路。 (4) 極性選択回路手段が、逆方向電流によつて
導通するように時定数回路のコンデンサに並列接
続された逆方向電流側路用のトランジスタを有し
てなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の内燃
機関用点火回路。 (5) 電流検出回路が、パワートランジスタのコ
レクタ・エミツタ回路に直列接続された電流検出
抵抗を有してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の内燃機関用点火回路。 (6) 第２制御トランジスタが、そのベース回路
に温度補償用の感温抵抗素子を接続したものから
なる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の内燃機
関用点火回路。
