Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はトラツク積荷部用のライニングに関す
るもので、積荷部の荷台側壁の高さに応じて調節
自在の側壁を有する、プラスチツク成型体より成
り、且つ、熱により薄い板面が膨張又は収縮して
変形する事を防止し得ることを特徴としている。
従来から、積荷部に使用するためのライニング
は公知であるが、それらが広く利用されることは
なかつた。
その様な公知例の一つは、グラスフアイバー製
で、高価であるとともに、重量が大であり、他の
公知例はポリエチレン製で、傷つきにくく強靭で
はあるが、太陽にさらされると延びて波形に変形
しやすいため、実用には適さなかつた。
これらに対し本発明によるライニングは、薄い
プラスチツク成型品ではあるが、その側壁、前壁
並びに底体に多数の平行突条を設け、それらによ
つて、プラスチツク特有の熱による膨張変形を防
ぎ、それによつてライニングの側壁がトラツク積
荷部の荷台側壁から離れるのを防止し、又、ライ
ニングの側壁上縁の設けたフランジを、トラツク
積荷部の上縁部の沿つて係合し、これとその下方
の水平突条およびある程度の変形が許される側壁
と底体間に設けた隅部を共働させて、積荷部側壁
とライニング側壁の高さが一致するよう調節可能
とした。
図面に従い本発明の実施例を説明すると、第１
図に示すトラツク１０は、積荷部１２と運転席１
４を備えている。
積荷部１２は、荷台側壁１６，１８と後部の扉
２０を備えており、２２は荷台の部分に適用され
たライニングを、また、２４は扉２０に設置され
たライニングを示している。
第２図には前記ライニングが平面的に示されて
いるが、これはポリエチレン成型体で、その底体
２６は積荷部１２の床面上に位置する。
二つの側壁２８，３０は、底体２６と前壁３２
に直角に連結され、前壁３２も底体２６に直角に
連結されている。
側壁２８，３０は、トラツク１０の後輪カバー
を包む突部３４，３６を有している。
底体２６は、側壁２８，３０に平行に、且つ、
扉２０ならびに前壁３２に直角な複数の突条３８
を有している。
これら突条３８は互いに近接して、扉２０側か
ら送り込まれる積荷が、底体２６上で容易に移動
できるように作用する。
更に、突条３８は、ライニング２２が太陽熱に
さらされた場合、ライニングの膨張による伸張を
できる限り吸収し、且つ、その変形を防止する役
目を果たす。
第３図および第５図に示すごとく、側壁２８は
上端にフランジ４０を有し、これを荷台側壁１８
の上縁部４２上に置き、フランジ４０と上縁部４
２が係合せしめられている。この際、両者の間に
例えば両面接着テープ４４を介在させて、両者を
相互に固定するのが望ましい。
側壁２８は、比較的大きい曲率（例えば6.35cm
半径）を備えた隅部４６を介して、底体２６に連
結されている。この隅部４６には多少の変形が許
されるため、それによつてライニングは各種トラ
ツク積荷部の幅と高さの異同にある程度対応する
ことができる。
側壁２８の上縁近くに設けられた水平突条４８
は、フランジ４０の下方約５cmのところにあつて
フランジ４０と平行に凹設され、隅部４６と共働
して、ライニングの側壁２８の高さを荷台側壁１
８の高さに適合させる。
以上の構造は、側壁３０・前壁３２に関しても
まつたく同様である。
側壁２８、前壁３２および側壁３０の各々は、
上方の水平突条４８から下方の隅部４６に向つて
その幅がゆるやかに拡大された多数の開放突条５
０を有している。
開放突条５０は、下部が上部よりもやや幅広く
形成されている。これら開放突条５０は各々の中
心線に対して対称形であり、その左右の斜辺は、
中心線に対して約５度の傾斜を有している。実施
例の場合、開放突条の下部の幅は約11.4cmであ
り、また、隣接する開放突条５０間の中心線の間
隔は約27.8cmである。
開放突条５０各部の厚さは、側壁２８，３０な
らびに前壁３２自体の厚さと同じで、ライニング
の厚さは全体に均一である。
開放突条５０は、第５図に示すごとくやや突出
し、側壁２８，３０および前壁３２が熱により弯
曲する傾向を最小限におさえ、ライニングと荷台
側壁間に空気の流通を許して、その部分をできる
限り乾燥させ、トラツク積荷部の発錆をより良く
防止する。
また開放突条５０は、隅部４６に近接するその
下部が、前述のごとく上部より幅広く形成されて
いるので、ライニングを各種トラツクの積荷部の
幅と高さの異同に対応させる場合、隅部４６の変
形を阻害することがない。
加えて、開放突条５０は、第５図に示すごとく
荷台周囲の壁面から離れて設置されている側壁２
８，３０および前壁３２に、一定の強度と弾力性
を与えることができる。
第１図に示す扉２０に設置された扉ライニング
２４は、底体２６の突条３８に平行な、多数の短
突条５２を備えており、扉２０を開いた状態での
荷物の積みおろしが、これらによつて容易にな
る。扉ライニング２４はフランジ５４を備えてお
り、これを扉２０の上縁に係合して取り付けを行
なう。図中、５６，５８はライニング固定用のネ
ジを示している。
以上のごとく、本発明によると、ライニングの
底体２６に設置した突条３８および扉ライニング
２４に設けた短突条５２により、積荷の積みおろ
しが円滑に行なえ、側壁２８，３０および前壁３
２に設けた開放突条５０と隅部４６により積荷部
の発錆の防止と、各種トラツクの積荷部の幅と高
さにより良く適応することができるとともに、軽
量勝つ安価なライニングが得られる効果がある。

２図の中央横断面図、第４図は第２図の線４−４
による断面図、第５図は第３図の線５−５による

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ トラツクの積荷部の両側の荷台側壁の上縁と
    係合するフランジならびに前記フランジの下方で
    それと平行に凹設された水平突条を備えた二つの
    側壁と； 前記二つの側壁と直角に連続する前壁と； 二つの側壁および前記前壁の三者と、曲率の大
    きな隅部を介して直角に接続された底体と； 積荷部の扉の上縁に係合されるフランジを有す
    る扉ライニングと； からなり、 前記底体および扉ライニングには、荷台側壁と
    平行な多数の突条を突設し、 両側壁および前壁には、フランジから隅部にむ
    かつて、その幅がゆるやかに大きくなり、隅部に
    近接して終了する開放突条を一定間隔で突設して
    トラツク積荷部用ライニング。
