A lining 1 for the boot of a vehicle is made of resilient synthetic plastic material for easy removal and cleaning. The lining may have an aperture in its floor to accommodate a spare wheel which can be covered by a separate cover or the floor may have an integral moulding to accommodate the wheel. The lining is preferably formed with a beaded edge and may be compartmented.
