Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 行および列にならべられた電気一光学的媒体表示素
子並びに各表示素子と関連され基板上に配置した薄膜電
子制御回路を有する平らな表示パネルと、前記表示素子
の各列毎の表示情報信号母線であって前記列中の各表示
素子と関連した制御回路へ接続されると共に情報信号ド
ライブ手段へ接続されたものと、前記基板上に配置した
複数本のスイッチング信号母線であって隣接するスイッ
チング信号母線が前記制御回路へ接続されたものとを備
え、前記制御回路は電気一光学的媒体上に配置された共
通の透光性電極を有しかつ電力供給手段5接続でき、前
記スイッチング信号母線の総本数は表示素子の行数より
も1多く、このようなスイッチング信号母線はスイッチ
ング信号ドライブ手段へ接続でき選択した1行の表示素
子を一度に逐次ドライブするようになっている表示パネ
ル装置。 2 電気一光学的表示媒体が間隔をおいて設けられた2
つの電極間5在り、これらの電極のうちの一方の電極が
透光性であると共に表示パネルの全表示素子に共通であ
り、他方の電極が制御回路へ接続され、この制御回路が
情報信号アドレス決定用トランジスタおよびパワー・ト
ランジスタから成り、前記アドレス決定用トランジスタ
のゲートがスイッチング信号母線へ接続され、このスイ
ッチング信号母線が1行の表示素子へ接続され、前記ア
ドレス決定用トランジスタのソースが情報信号母線へ接
続され、この情報信号母線が1列の表示素子へ接続され
、前記アドレス決定用トランジスタのドレインが情報信
号記憶ゴンデンサの一側へ接続されると共に前記パワー
・トランジスタのゲートへ接続サれ、前記パワー・トラ
ンジスタのソース、ドレインがそれぞれ前記表示媒体の
他方の電極、隣りの行の表示素子のためのスイッチング
信号母線へ接続される実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記
載の表示パネル装置。 3 アドレス決定用トランジスタおよびパワー・トラン
ジスタがエンく1ンスメント・モード素子である実用新
案登録請求の範囲第2項記載の表示パネル装置。
