加熱用抵抗体を兼ねる電極、15は液晶層である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. レーザー光照射による加熱によって書き込みがなされる
    液晶表示装置において、液晶層を挾んで加熱用抵抗体を
    兼ねる消去用対向電極が設けられ、消去時には上記対向
    電極間に消去電圧を印加して上記液晶層に所要の消去電
    界を与え、書き込み時には上記対向電極の夫々に通電し
    てこれらの抵抗加熱により上記液晶層を所要のバイアス
    温度に加熱する液晶表示装置。
