Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明はクーラーのような機器を載置するためＶｃ筐
用する支持トロリに関するもので、他の多くの機器類を
載置するためにも使用し得るものである。
発明の背景 支持トロリにｇ置する必要がある機器としては、テレビ
受像器、クーラー、いす、机、スタンド等があるが、こ
れらの機器を載置するための支持トロリまたは装置で、
現在入手することが出来るものは、高価で、しかも審美
的に清足し得るものではない。
従来品は、金属で製作されていて、金属の留め具によっ
て固定されておシ、かなり高声で、しかもストレス集中
点を創〕出すという問題がある。この発明は審美的に満
足し、全てプラスチック材料で製作することが可能でｅ
Ｊ！０、Ｌかも留め具を旋用しないで組み立てることが
できる支持トロリを提供することを目的とするものであ
る。
発明の概略 この発明において支持トロリは中心脚柱と、これから放
射状に配置される最少３本の脚からな）、脚にはそれぞ
れ６外方端にキャスター部が取り付けられている。各脚
の内方端は補足的にキー溝を穿設した面の滑動噛合によ
シ、脚柱の下部端に接続され、しかして組立て、および
解体が容易に行えるようにしである。各脚の外方ｙａｌ
Ｃは、それぞれのキャスター部の上方向旋回支軸を受は
入れる下方に面する凹部を有する。
前記旋回支軸は管状で弾性物質でできている。
この発明では、複数のキー溝を穿設した相互噛合面で構
成される脚の内方端と脚柱の下部端の間の相互噛合は、
留め具を使用する必要がなく、非常に竪固な相互噛合の
結果をもたらすものである。
さらに詳細にいえば、この発明は中心脚柱と。
この脚柱の下部端から放射状に伸びる最少３本の脚と、
ｌｌｌ１Ｉの放射状外方端を支持するキャスター部と、
脚を脚柱に固定するために脚柱の軸方向移動で相互噛合
する「を有するそれぞれの脚の内方端と、前記脚の外方
端に設け、前記ヤヤスタ一部の上方に伸長する旋回支軸
を受けるソケットを構成する面とから構成されている。
添付図面に示すところに従ってこの発明の一実施態様に
つき以下説明する。
この実施態様において支持トロリ１０は中心脚柱■とこ
の中心脚柱ｎから放射状に伸長する最底３本の脚１２（
この実施態様においては４本の脚Ｌ２）、訃よびそれぞ
れＯ脚部の外方端を支承するキャスター部１３から構成
されている。
第３１！ｌｌおよび第５図から明らかなように脚柱１１
の下部端には通常、三角形の凹所１６を有し、これは脚
じの放射状の内部１１１７を受けるものである。各脚稔
は第５図に示すように三角形の包絡浴面を有する。各脚
の内部端１７と三角形の凹所１６を形成するｆの両方に
はリブ１８とキー溝をつけた面を構成するみぞ１９を備
えてなる。固定の度合を達成するために交互に噛み合う
ためのキー溝をつけた面は、はんの僅か上方に傾斜して
いる。この傾斜によって脚の内部ｊｌｌ１７は放射状に
位置され、三角形の凹所１６の内部にしつかシと噛合す
る。また、解体のときには容易に取９外すことが出来る
。
＃ｌｌ１１２の外方端２１＃Ｃはそれぞれ円形のソケッ
トｎを有し、その内部壁にはリブ２３（第５図）が設け
られている。このソケットはキャスター部１３の上部に
伸長している旋回支軸を受け、通常の便用状態で旋回支
軸を正常位置に保つようにしである。ただし、前記キャ
スター部口は旋回支軸２１）軸運動によって、それぞれ
ソケツ）２２の壁から外すことが出来る。
多くの例では、支持トロリは、その上部部材以外の支持
部材を必要とせずに利用することが出来るが、この実施
態様では脚柱１１の上部端近くに環状の支持７ランジｎ
を備えてなる。これはクーラー（図示していない）の底
部タンクの受は台面を支持するものである。７ランジｎ
は、まち２８によって強化されている。
第４図に明示するように、各旋回支軸あの下部端は、あ
ご園となっていて、キャスター部１３のフレーム３１を
保持し、キャスター部が移動しないよう和なっている。
前記フレーム３１はおおい３２を有し、このおおいは同
一軸で凹面が互に向い合っている２個の車輪あの上方に
違している。この車輪おはカップ型で独立して回転可能
なもので、それぞれベアリング具によって支承されてい
る。カップ盟車輪は互いにＩしているが、他方とは間隔
があるので、支持台にか＼る側方への運動に対しては相
追の抵抗があ）、いかなる方向へも正確に移動し、最少
限の振動で、逸脱することがない。
この発明によるトロリは簡便且つすばやく組立て、解体
が可能で、これはトロリを運搬するに当〕、有利である
０脚柱と脚の相互結合は、通常の状態下でネジ等の留め
具を必要としないで、強固にすることが出来る。この製
品は、すべて成形型を便用して重合体物質で作ることが
可能で、従って構造的に強固なデザインであるにも拘ら
ず低価格で作ることが出来る。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は、この発明による支持トロリの斜視図で、一本
の脚は脚柱から外されている状態を示す。第２図は脚柱
の側面図、第３図は第２図の底面部、第４図は脚の部分
断面１１Ｗ図で、脚から外したキャスター部の一部断蘭
側面図を包含するものである。第５図は第４図の脚の底

Claims (8)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）中心脚柱とこの中心脚柱の下方端より放射状に位
    置する最少３本の脚と、この脚の各放射状外方端を支持
    するキャスター部とからなり、脚柱の軸方向に沿つて嵌
    入して脚を脚柱に固定するための相互に噛合する面を有
    する脚柱の下方端ならびに各脚の内方端と、各脚の外方
    端に設けられ、キャスター部の上方に伸長する旋回支軸
    を受けるソケットを構成する面とからなることを特徴と
    する支持トロリ。
  2. （２）脚柱の上方端近くに外方向に放射する環状支持フ
    ランジを有することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項
    記載の支持トロリ。
  3. （３）脚と脚柱の相互噛合面はキー溝を穿設してなる面
    であることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項または第
    ２項記載の支持トロリ。
  4. （４）前記キー溝穿設面は上方向に集中することを特徴
    とする特許請求の範囲第３項記載の支持トロリ。
  5. （５）前記各脚の放射状内方端は通常、平面で三角形の
    包絡形状を有し、前記脚柱の下方端に複数の内方向凹部
    を有し、各凹部はそれに補足する形状であることを特徴
    とする特許請求の範囲第３項または第４項記載の支持ト
    ロリ。
  6. （６）各脚の放射状外方端に下方向に開口する凹部を構
    成する画を有し、前記面は放射状の内方向にむいたリブ
    を包含し、前記キャスター部の旋回支軸は管状の断面の
    変形材料からなるもので、干渉適合性により各凹部のリ
    ブに噛合することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項記
    載の支持トロリ。
  7. （７）各旋回支軸の下部端にあごを形成し、各キャスタ
    ー部には前記旋回支軸に対し回転可能のスリーブを有し
    、前記あごにより保持されることを特徴とする特許請求
    の範囲第６項記載の支持トロリ。
  8. （８）前記キャスター部は間隔を有する同軸の一対の車
    輪からなり、該車輪の凹面が互に向い合つていることを
    特徴とする特許請求の範囲第６項記載の支持トロリ。
