Claims (1)
- 化合物半導体の基板と、基板の主面に設けられ
た発光領域と、基板の少なくとも端縁近傍を除く
主面に設けられた絶縁被膜と、発光領域にオーミ
ツク接触された電極と、その電極と同じ材料から
なり絶縁被膜の端縁を覆う被膜とを具備した事を
特徴とする発光ダイオード。
