- 半導体ウエハーを切断・分割する半導体ウエハ
ーのダイシングブレードに於いて、金属を極薄の
円盤状に成形した基板層と、前記基板層の両側面
に配置され、前記基板層より外径が大きく、砥粒
が金属でバインドされた切刃層とを有することを
特徴とする半導体ウエハーのダイシングブレード
