Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は温水装置等に用いられる太陽熱コレク
ターに関する。
一般に太陽熱コレクターは第２図に示すように
外ケース１と、この外ケース１の底部に設けられ
た断熱材２と、前記断熱材２上に配置され熱媒を
流通させる集熱板３と、前記集熱板３の上部に配
設される透過膜４より構成される。さらに前記透
過膜４と集熱板３間に内部透過膜５を設け、前記
内部透過膜５によつて内部空気の対流を抑え、放
熱を少なくするものが考えられてきている。な
お、前記透過膜は板であつてもよい。
ところでこのように二重の透過膜構成のもので
は常に外部透過膜４の温度が低い状態になる。そ
のため、集熱板３が熱せられ、断熱材２あるいは
外ケース１に含まれた水分が放出されたとき、外
部の透過膜４の内面に結露しやすく、しかも、一
旦結露すると、温度の低い外部の透過膜４の結露
はとりにくい。また、冬季に外部の透過膜４に降
りた霜も、前記と同様な理由により溶解しにくい
ものであり、これら結露あるいは霜は集熱を損う
ものであつた。
本考案はこのような問題に留意し、２重の透過
膜または透過板を用いた太陽熱コレクターにおい
て、外部の透過膜または透過板の結露または着霜
をすみやかに除けるようにすることを目的とする
ものである。
この目的を達成するため、本考案は板または膜
よりなる二重透過部材を備えた太陽熱コレクター
において、内部の透過部材の外縁の少なくとも二
辺部に開口を形成し、前記内部透過部材で仕切ら
れた両側の空間部の空気を流通するように構成し
たものである。
この構成にもとづき、外部の透過部材に結露あ
るいは着霜があつても、集熱板で暖められた空気
を前記外部の透過膜側に送り込み、前記結露ある
いは霜を早期に除いて有効な集熱を早めることが
できるものである。
以下本考案の一実施例を第１図にもとづき説明
する。
図において６は外ケース、７は断熱材、８は集
熱板、９は外部の透過膜、１０は内部の透過膜で
あり、前述第２図のものと同様に構成されてい
る。前記内部透過膜１０はその外周を外ケース６
の内側に接合し、シールするものであるが、この
実施例のものは相対応する外側の２辺部に暖気流
剤流用の開口１１，１１を有し、内部の透過膜１
０と集熱板８間の空間１２と、外部の透過膜９と
内部の透過膜１０間の空間１３との連通をはかつ
ている。
この構成によれば集熱板８で暖められた空間１
２の空気が開口１１，１１を通つて空間１３に流
れ込み、外部の透過膜９を暖める。したがつて、
外部の透過膜９に付着した結露あるいは霜は除々
に除かれるものである。したがつて有効な集熱時
間が早められるものである。
以上説明したように本考案は２重の透過膜また
は透過板を用いたものにおける外部の透過膜、ま
たは透過板の結露，着霜を暖気流を対流させるこ
とによりすみやかに除き、早い時間で有効な集熱
動作ができるものであり、その実用的効果の大き
いものである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 板または膜よりなる外部透過部材と、集熱板
    と、前記外部透過部材と集熱板間に配置されて対
    流を抑制する板または膜よりなる内部透過部材よ
    りなり、前記内部透過部材の外縁の少なくとも二
    辺部に対流用の開口を設けてなる太陽熱コレクタ
    ー。
