Abstract

PURPOSE: To ease the limitation of cooling capacity against an air cooler and curtail operational service amount by utilizing the waste heat at a condenser and the waste cooling at a relative humidity adjustor.
CONSTITUTION: Cooling water CW cooled in a cooling tower 7 is circulated by a pump 8 through a condenser 6 attached to a refrigerator 5, a relative humidity adjustor 2 and air cooler 4. Under this circulation, at the relative humidity adjustor 2, the processed air PA cooled and dehumidified at the cooler 1 is heated to decrease its relative humidity to 70W75% with the cooling water CW warmed by cooling the condenser 6, then is dehumidified to the fixed humidity at a dry-type dehumidifier 3, and is cooled at the air cooler 4, and is further heated to be around 140°C at a heater 10 to be drawn into the dry-type dehumidifier 3, and evaporates and separates water absorbed in the moisture-absorbing rotor 3' to recover the moisture- absorbing rotor 3'.
