- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 導電性支持板と、 前記支持板上に固着された半導体チツプと、 外部リード部材と、 前記チツプと前記外部リード部材とを接続する

して前記チツプと前記外部リード部材との間の一
部又は全部に配設された配線導体と、 前記チツプ及び前記配線導体を被覆する保護材
と を具備する半導体装置。 (2) 前記配線導体が、前記半導体チツプの定格
電流の５倍の電流値で１５秒以内で溶断するが、
前記半導体チツプが耐える範囲のサージ電流によ
つては１５秒以内で溶断しないものである実用新
