Claims (1)
- キヤリパに備えた摩擦パツドを、入力レバーを
回動することにより押動してブレーキデイスクに
圧接し制動を行う機械式作動機構を有するデイス
クブレーキ装置において、摩擦パツドの押動面に
対して垂直となるように前記キヤリパに円筒状の
ガイド部を形成し、該ガイド部内にスリーブ状の
ピストンを前記ガイド部の軸方向移動可能に配設
し、先端に大径のパツド押動部を形成した軸部材
を先端側が摩擦パツド側となるように前記スリー
ブ状のピストンに挿着し、その後端側を前記ピス
トンの反摩擦パツド側に延出させ、この軸部材の
延出部分に前記ピストンおよびこの軸部材を一体
的に摩擦パツド方向へ押動駆動する入力レバーを
係止すると共に、環状に形成した内周側縁部を前
記軸部材に係止し外周側縁部を前記スリーブ状の
ピストンの外周面に係止したダストブーツを前記
ガイド部の摩擦パツド側開口を閉塞するように配
設したことを特徴とするデイスクブレーキ装置。
