Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ピ)産業上の利用分野 この発明は、形状の制約がなく寸法精度の高い保磁力の
安定な永久磁石製造に関するものである。
(ロ)従来の技術 従来の永久磁石の製造は 磁性材粉末を型に入れ加圧焼
結後着磁製造するもので形状太きさに制約され 寸法制
度の高い保磁力の安定な永久磁石が製造できない。
(ハ)発明が解決しようとする問題点 したがって 高い寸法精度と保持力の安定な永久磁石を
製造するために本製造方法が発明された。
に)問題点を解決するための手段 磁性材粉末と接着材を混合し 液状にしだ後非磁性材基
盤(1)に磁性材混合液(2)を製造する永久磁石の形
に印刷又は、塗り込み乾燥後着磁して永久磁石を製造す
る。
(ホ)作用 形状を印刷・塗り込んで製造するから 寸法・体積精度
も高く 保磁力も安定な精度の高い永久磁石が製造でき
る。
(へ)実施例 非磁性材基盤は 鉄以外の金属・セラミックス−プラス
チック・ガラス・紙・布・木材・石・ゴム材質形状に関
係なく印刷・塗り込んで永久磁石を製造できる。
(ト1発明の効果 磁性材粉末を液状にして 印刷・塗り込むから形状大き
さに制限される事もなく 寸法精度も高くでき微細形状
の永久磁石が製造できる。
更に 製造方法が簡単なので製造価格も従来の製造方法
より安価に永久磁石が製造できる。

  1. (1)磁性材粉末と接着材を混合し非磁性材基盤に印刷
    ・塗る・塗り込み乾燥後着磁する永久磁石の製造方法
  2. (2)磁性材粉末と熱硬化材を混合し高熱炉で焼結後着
    磁する特許請求の範囲第1項記載の永久磁石の製造方法
