Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔技術分野〕 この発明は半導体、電子部品等の電気回路基板への実装
技術に関する。
〔背景技術〕
従来、混成集積回路（ハイブリッドＩＣ）の実装工程に
作業性の優れたりフローンルダリングを用いると片面に
しか電子部品等が実装できず実装密度が低くなるという
欠点があった。
この欠点を解決するために種々の方法が考えられている
が、ｆｆ１５図の如＜挺装した２枚の電気回路基板（１
）の裏面同志を重ね合せその側縁部をコ字型の金具（２
）を挾むことにより両者の電気的接続と固定を同時に窓
こなうことか現在のところ最も着目されている。図にお
いて（３）は電子部品、（４）は半導体、（５）は端子
である。
しかしながらコ字型の金具（２）を用いる場合には接続
の債頼性の面から半田付も必要となり製造上コストアッ
プにつながっていた。
〔発明の目的〕
この発明はりフローンルダリングを用いて２個以上の電
気回路基板を他の電子部品等の固定と同時に接続して工
程の省略をおこなうと共にハイブリッドＩＣの小型化を
図ることを目的とする。
〔発明の開示〕
この発明の要旨とするところは電気回路基板上の半田ペ
ーストを塗布した部分に半田付容易なポストを立設し、
該ポスト上に半田ペーストを介して他の電気回路基板を
載せてリフローンルダリングにより上下の電気回路基板
を一体化することを特徴とする混成集積回路の実装方法
である。
以下この発明を策１図及び第２図に図示せる一実施例に
基づいて説明する。
まず上側及び下側にくる電気回路基板α）の電子部品（
３）等の搭載部及びポスト（７）の立設接続部に半田ペ
ースト（６）を塗布しておく。上側にくる電気回路基板
（１）に立設するポスト（７）の上端を接続する立接接
続部を設は半田ペース（６）を塗布しておく。
ポスト（７）の立接接続部は一般に電気回路基板（１）
の４隅に設ける。そして上下に配する電気回路基板（１
）相互の電気的導通が必要であるときはその立役接続部
は電気回路のターミルであることが必要である。尚上側
にくる電気回路基板（１）の電子部品（３）等の搭載部
はその上面に設ける。
つづいて、上記半田ペースト（６）を塗布した電子部品
（３）の搭載部及びポスト（７）の立接接続部に電子部
品（３）等及びポスト（７）を塔載・立設して上下の電
気回路基板（１）を重ねあわせる。
ここでポスト（７）として銅、鉄等の半田付けの容易な
金属を使用し、必要に応じてその表面にも半田ペースト
を塗布しておく。
上記の状態で、リフロー炉に入れ半田ペーストを溶融さ
せると電子部品（３）等の半田付は及び上下の電気回路
基板（１）のポスト（７）を介しての接続一体化が同時
にできる。
尚、上下の電気回路基板（１）を電気的に導通せしめる
ためには、例えば、第６図及び第４図に示す実施例の如
く上側の電気回路基板（１）の表面に設けたポスト（７
）の立設接続部は上面の電気回路とスルホール（８）で
接続しておく必要がある。
この第６図及び第４図に示す実施例は、小型のハイブリ
ッドＩＣを他の大型のハイブリツドＩＣに一個の電子部
品として塔載する場合の例であるが、かかる場合、従来
は小型の電子部品側にリード端子をいちいち設けていた
ので、この発明ｉこよればその作業が除去できる利点か
あるということもできるのである。
〔発明の効果〕
以上の如くこの発明によれば、２個以上の電気回路基板
を他の電子部品等のソフローンルダリングによる固定時
に同時に接続できると共に電気回路基板の重ね合せによ
りノ＼イブリッドＩＣの小型化を図ることができるので
ある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　電気回路基板上の半田ペーストを塗布した部分
    に半田付容易なポストを立設し、該ポスト上に半田ペー
    ストを介して他の電気回路基板を載せてリフローソルダ
    リングにより上下の電気回路基板を一体化することを特
    徴とする混成集積回路の実装方法。
