Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は調理器に関し、更に詳しくは調理物を収容す
る調理庫の外部の熱源の熱気を該庫内に吸込む熱気吸込
ファンと、該庫内で熱気を循環させる熱気循環ファンを
背中合せにしたダブルファンを有した調理器に関する。
従釆より上記の如きダブルファンを用いた調理器は提供
されており、これによれば一つのモーターで熱気吸込み
と熱気循環が行なえて有利である。しかしながら熱気吸
込ファンによる熱気吸込と熱気循環ファンによる熱気流
吐出が接近する為熱気吸込が熱気循環流により妨げられ
て庫内に円滑に吸込む事が出来ないという欠点があった
。本発明は上記欠点のない調理器を提供するものであり
、以下実施例を示す図面を参照しながら詳しく説明する
。１は調理物を収容する調理庫で、熱気口３を有した背
墜２を貫通した回転軸４にダブルファン５が取り付けら
れている。
このダブルファン５は前記熱気口３に対向して庫外の熱
源よりの熱気を庫内に吸込む熱気吸込ファン６と調理庫
１の内方に向いて庫内の熱気を循環する熱気循環ファン
７とが背中合せになっており、熱気吸込ファン６の羽根
を熱気循環ファン７の羽根より大径として熱気吸込ファ
ン６の吸込力を熱気循環ファン７の吐出力より強とした
。
８は面板を示す。
尚９はファンケーシングである。１０は調理庫１の外部
に設けられた熱源、例えばガスバーナである。
本発明は上記の様になっていて、熱源１０を点火すると
共にダブルファン５を回転させると、第０ ３図の如く
熱源１０よりの熱気は熱気吸込ファン６により実線の如
く庫内に吸込まれ、一方庫内では熱気循環ファン７によ
り破線の如く循環が行なわれる。
この時熱気吸込ファン６の吸込力は熱気循環ファン７の
吐出力より強くなっているから、夕熱気吸込ファン６に
よる吸込熱気流は熱気循環ファン７による循環熱気流に
打ち勝つ事となるから熱気吸込ファン６による熱気吸込
みが円滑に行なわれ効率的な調理が出来る。尚熱気吸込
ファンの吸込力を熱気循環ファンの吐出力より強とする
為０図示実施例では羽根の径を異ならせたが、これに限
るものではなく両ファンの羽根の角度を異ならせて熱気
吸込ファンによる吸込力を強としても良い。以上説明し
た様に本発明によれば、熱気吸込フタアンと熱気循環フ
ァンから成るダブルファンを有した調理器に於て、熱気
吸込ファンの吸込力を熱気循環ファンの吐出力より強と
したから熱気の吸込みは円滑に行なわれて効率的な調理
が出釆る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 調理物を収容する調理庫の外部の熱源よりの熱を該
    調理庫に吸込む熱気吸込フアンと、該調理庫内で熱気を
    循環する熱気循環フアンとを背中合せにしたダブルフア
    ンを有した調理器に於て、熱気口に対向した熱気吸込フ
    アンの吸込力を庫内に対向した熱気循環フアンの吐出力
    より強とした事を特徴とする調理器。
